Debra Hayes Tuttle

Debra came into the real estate industry in an unexpected way. From 2009 to 2015, as Executive Director and Chief Mediator of the Department of Justice funded Wisconsin Foreclosure Mediation Network, she worked one on one with homeowners who fell behind on their mortgages and needed to navigate the complex arena of foreclosures and loss mitigation.

Since 2005, Debra has also served as Principal of Tuttle Mediation & Legal Services (http://debratuttleattorney.com) where she specializes in real estate investments in Waukesha & Milwaukee county that include:

· Joint Ventures

For the past four years, she has been a partner at Tricore Development Group LLC (Tricore Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/tricoredg/) where she helps return stability and higher values to neighborhoods that might have been negatively impacted by vacancies, foreclosures or neglect. Her work specializes in properties with highly unique features, such as lakeshore, turn of the century, mid century or executive homes.
