Luke Nelsen

As a real estate investor himself, Luke brings his passion and enthusiasm for real estate to his clients and ensures they receive second to none levels of service. He is dedicated to providing superior customer service through open communication, intelligent negotiations, and loyal representation of his clients.

Having grown up in Washington County, Luke knows the Southeastern Wisconsin market and the unique benefits of living and working here. When he is not practicing real estate, he is spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, going to Packers games, grilling, hiking, fishing, and hunting.

Prior to working in real estate full time, Luke attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where he graduated with a double major in Marketing and Supply Chain and Operation Management as well as a minor in Business Spanish. From there he went on to become a Sales Manager in the waste and recycling industry before discovering his passion for real estate. He has since become a licensed real estate agent with Premier Point Realty LLC as well as an active real estate investor.
