Nick Knox
Bringing extensive knowledge of the Greater Milwaukee real estate market, I strive to offer my clients an exceptional level of service. Growing up, I was always rehabbing homes in the community with my family. Needless to say, seeing this positive impact created a love of all things real estate early on! Now paired with my years of personal experience in real estate investing, including purchasing and selling property, I’ve grown into a “lifer” and constantly strive to excel at every stage of the real estate transaction.
Prior to going off on my own in real estate, I was honored to receive a football scholarship at Northern Iowa Community College where I studied business. I also worked with children as a Student Enrichment Instructor through Milwaukee Community Learning Center.
I’ve since credentialed myself and hold my Realtor’s license with Premier Point Realty LLC. I am also a certified WIAA Referee for Milwaukee Public Schools as well as a certified SPARK Fitness Trainer. Additionally, in January 2018, I began working with Secure Futures, a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching financial literacy to teenagers. I volunteer as a Money Coach, teaching students budgeting, goal setting/accountability, college planning and career/wealth building; which is incredibly rewarding. I definitely feel I get so much more back when I help teach these amazing students.
Whether it’s serving others through my volunteer efforts, as a ref, a trainer or a real estate agent - I work hard to address other’s needs and concerns with quick, accurate and timely responses. I believe dependability, honesty and integrity are the foundations of successful relationships. I credit these values instilled in me to my wonderful parents. My knowledge of the community and prior background in real estate investing have all been vital to my professional success.
